Te Atatu assumed Waitemata's Premier League status in 1992.
Blockhouse Bay / Bay Olympic
Blockhouse Bay and Green Bay-Titirangi merged at the end of 1997.

Massey and Waitakere City merged at the end of 1990.
Norwest United and Waitakere City merged at the end of 2020.
