Built in Le Havre, she is powered by one 875hp MAN diesel, producing a service speed of 9 knots.
She has four 2 tonne derricks, and featured on a Tokelau stamp in 1983!
She was named "Frysna" by her Norwegian owners in 1970, and retained the same name when sold for $US220,000 to Tonga interests three years later. With a Norwegian Master and Chief Engineer, and a crew of seven Tongans, her delivery voyage began in Bergen, and after loading a cargo of frozen pig carcasses in Stockholm, she sailed for Japan via the Panama Canal.

There was no cargo available for the leg from Japan to Nuku'alofa, where plenty of bananas were awaiting her arrival for loading prior to sailing for New Zealand.
Warner Pacific Line oversaw her Pacific Islands operations over the next few years, until she was sold to the Government of the Federated States of Micronesia in 1987.
Nothing has been heard about her since she changed hands again in 2002.
